We highly recommend bringing your own hard drive to back up your sessions. 

 

External hard drives are available for purchase and price will depend of the size of drive being purchased.

Purchased archival data discs are sent with the client at the end of the session, or when the project is completed.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen discs.

 

Session data will remain on our drives until the project is completed, and thereafter until drive space is required.  

​

Payment is due when session is booked. Any additional purchases or overages must be paid at the end of the session, prior to the release of any reference CDs, mp3s, or session data backups.

If your session ends early, you will retain a credit on file for future studio time, or may be refunded the difference as long as the two hour minimum was met.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel sessions.  Weekend sessions require 72 hours notice.  

All deposits are non-refundable.

The clock starts at the time a session is scheduled to begin. 

If clients are late, they will be billed from the time the session was scheduled to begin.

​

No more than two guests are permitted during sessions.
